Etsy Help Bot

This Challenge was focused around finding out which current services offered by popular apps are lacking: in usefulness, efficiency in reaching a goal and and overall client satisfaction.

At the time of the study Etsy's help line for buyers was clunky and left many feeling frustrated buy the lack of communication and resolve for returns and fraud.

The Etsy help bot is aimed at helping mediate experiences between sellers and consumers by providing quick, reliable feedback to users through a questionnaire and links to Etsy resources.

As well as offer contact to customer service rep after screening through the chatbot.
